Everyone of us is enrolled in the school of life where time is the teacher. – Cora Coralina
Edwin had a way with students. He could quickly get them excited and involved, feel interested, be creative, follow instructions and with minimum guidance he could get the best out of each student...
When Edwin David walked into the school in 2008, he brought with him a whole new set of refreshing ideas and a package of solutions to old methods and practices prevalent in educational institutions.
It all started with the advent of a monthly newsletter for the school. A small team was formed and after a short talk the ‘Journalism club’ would interview , click photographs, write articles of interest , check on a format and complete a rough draft for the newsletter in just a couple of hours. Edwin had a way with students . He could quickly get them excited and involved, feel interested, be creative, follow instructions and with minimum guidance he could get the best out of each student and the reward …a school newsletter which shortly became a weekly affair!
Such is the passion with which Edwin works. Be it a one-day training program for the teachers or a session with the domestic staff, teaching students any subject, conducting a student council meeting, putting up a suggestion box, preparing a child to participate in an inter-school competition such as a debate, bringing life to the history of the school, designing a magnet or a book mark, taking the morning assembly , singing with the students, doing a chapel service, helping them play the guitar or the drums or just play a game of football or table tennis….. Edwin could weave a spell and make the activity on hand so fascinating that the students would get deeply involved and the end result.. the school atmosphere would be more vibrant and charged with so much creativity that students became more energetic and responsible and looked for new ways to change things around. There was life on campus and each child was learning to be more assertive and creative. Such was the dramatic turnaround in the school.
A dynamic leader, a refined teacher, an excellent counselor, a genuine friend, a practical guide, Edwin has a fine sense of humour, a keen and observant eye, an encouraging smile, great presence of mind, and above all is a true mentor who can cater to the needs of any individual, group or organization.

In 2005, professional healthcare was just making its presence felt in Mysore with a handful of multi-specialty hospitals and I had started my career as a nutritionist in one of them. The hospital staff was a dedicated and hardworking team but needed to streamline certain work process in the interest of patient safety and well being and Edwin David was approached to conduct skills training.
One of the positive changes his training brought about was an emergency team with rapid response and effective coordination by the team at every stage. The best practices that he helped establish in other departments at the hospital, tremendously reduced discharge time as a result of which patient satisfaction ratings were high.
His solutions are unique and very doable and the hospital staff enjoyed interacting with him, making the training sessions refreshing and looked forward to.
As in all businesses, client satisfaction is of utmost priority and Edwin and his firm helped develop strategies which were patient-friendly. I recommend his services in strategic development and skill training programs which I believe enabled us, as a healthcare entity, to deliver high standards of customer care.
